Warranty Policy
Vego Group welcomes you to the Vego Bike store, which specializes in electric bicycles, integrated battery solutions, and related accessories. In order to ensure our customers’ trust and satisfaction, we clarify below the warranty policy applicable to the products available in the store.
First: Products Covered by Warranty
Some products displayed in the Vego Bike store are subject to a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty coverage is indicated through one of the following:
- The product page
- The purchase invoice
- The warranty booklet or certificate (if available)
Second: Warranty Period
The warranty period varies depending on the type of product and the manufacturer or supplier, and usually ranges between:
- Six (6) months
- Two (2) years
The warranty period is calculated from the purchase date stated on the invoice.
If no warranty is mentioned in the product details or invoice, the product shall be considered not covered by warranty.
Third: Conditions for Warranty Eligibility
To benefit from the warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- Providing a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
- The defect must be the result of a manufacturing fault.
- The product must not have been misused or neglected.
- No unauthorized modification or maintenance must have been performed on the product.
- The product must be returned with all its original accessories (if any).
Fourth: Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from improper use or negligence.
- Breakage or damage caused by dropping the product or exposure to liquids.
- Malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation or improper operation.
- Issues caused by unsuitable electrical connections or changes to the electrical system.
- Consumable or fast-wearing products, such as certain tires or batteries, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Fifth: Warranty Service Request Procedure
Customers may submit a warranty request by contacting the customer service team through:

Please provide the following information:
- Order number or invoice
- A clear and detailed description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (if available)
After reviewing the request, the appropriate action will be determined according to the product condition and warranty terms, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial or full refund
Sixth: Warranty Processing Time
The inspection and processing time for warranty requests varies depending on the product type and the nature of the defect, and may take between 7 to 21 business days.
Customers will be kept informed with regular updates until the process is completed.
Seventh: Agent or Supplier Warranty
If the product is covered by a warranty provided by an authorized agent within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer will be directed to the authorized service center directly and will be provided with all necessary warranty details.
